Jim Niedelman has spent his broadcast journalism career covering local news across the country. His arrival in the Quad Cities in early 2015 was a homecoming of sorts. Jim once worked in Champaign, Illinois and lived in Chicago while attending graduate school. These days, you can catch him anchoring the weeknight 5 pm, 6 pm and 10 pm newscasts for Local 4 News.
Tiffany joined the Local 4 News team in February of 2015 as the co-anchor of the 5, 6 and 10pm newscasts. Her broadcasting career has taken her across the country but this is the first time she can call the Midwest home.
Chris Langlois joined the Local 4 News team in June of 2014 after studying broadcast journalism and political science at Hofstra University in New York. In March 2015, he joined Emily Scarlett on the anchor desk of Local 4 News This Morning
Emily joined the Local 4 News team in April of 2014. She is originally from Southfield, MI and a graduate of the University of Michigan. Emily’s career in news broadcasting began as a morning announcer for her elementary school.
Ashley Richmond joined the Local 4 News team in January 2014 as a Multimedia Journalist. After a year in that position, in March of 2015, Ashley was promoted to the anchor desk for the Local 4 News weekend newscasts.

Anthony Peoples joined the Local 4 weather team in March 2013 as the meteorologist for Local 4 News This Morning. He has more than ten years experience forecasting Quad Cities' weather.
Kyle Kiel joined the Local 4 News team in April 2013 as the Weekend Meteorologist and has been fascinated with weather since a young age. Growing up in the Quad Cities, Kyle is thrilled to be pursuing his career right in his own backyard.

Johnie Freiwald joined the Local 4 News team in January 2015 following her graduation from Point Park University where she majored in On-Camera Broadcast Journalism. Growing up in rural Pennsylvania Johnie discovered a love for journalism. In college, she contributed at the student-run television station, both behind and in front of the camera for a number of programs.
Multimedia Journalist Morgan Briesmaster joined the Local 4 News team in February 2015. She moved to the Quad Cities from Utah, but grew up a "military" brat. She earned her B.A. in broadcast journalism from Weber State University, where she graduated with honors and served as news director for a student-run TV station.
Amanda is our Chief Political Correspondent for the state of Iowa. She attended the University of Iowa for 2 years before transferring to Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo where she got her degree. Amanda landed her first job in Kirksville, MO before moving back to Iowa.
