38th Honor Flight departs from Moline

This is the second Vietnam era flight

The 38th Honor Flight of the Quad Cities left for D.C. early Thursday morning. 
Since the program started, the Honor Flight has flown more than 3,000 Quad Cities veterans to D.C. and back. 
This time around, there were 95 veterans on board, most of them Vietnam era. 
The flight returns around 10 p.m. Thursday night, everyone is welcome to the Moline Airport to welcome the veterans back home.
