Boy Scouts from around the area will be collecting food for the River Bend Food Bank this weekend.
"There's a huge need for food in the community so this is a way for all of the scouts to come out and help support that and give back to the community as a whole," said Fundraising Chair, Katie Resig.
The Boy scouts will be at Hy-Vee (W. Kimberly, W. Locust and Rockingham Rd.), Slagle's in LeClaire and North Scott Foods tomorrow starting at 9 until 3 in the afternoon.
They will also be collecting food door to door next Saturday June 6th.
