Update - The NWS has now issued a Flash Flood Warning for portions of Henry and Mercer counties in Illinois until 1am.  The warnings continue for the Quad Cities metro area. 

Previous post - The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for the Quad Cities and Muscatine this evening.  The warning goes until 12:15 am. 

Portions of Rock Island county in Illinois and Scott and Muscatine counties in Iowa are included in the warning.

There are reports of flash flooding in Muscatine this evening with some roads being closed downtown and parts of HWY 22 also being closed due to flash flooding. 

As the thunderstorms move East at about 30 miles per hour they could drop another 1- 3 inches of rain this evening.
