Iowa work release inmate on the loose

Authorities say Nicholas Martez Toles didn't come back from outside employment.

An inmate from a Waterloo work release facility is on the loose. 
 
Authorities say Nicholas Martez Toles didn't come back from outside employment Friday, July 31st.
 
Toles is about three years away from finishing a 10 year sentence for Second Degree Robbery.
 
He had only been in the Waterloo facility for about two weeks.
 
The 25-year-old african american man is 5'8" and weighs about 186 pounds.  
 
He also has tattoos on his upper left arm, chest, both his left and right forearms and hands.
 
You're asked to call the Waterloo Police Department or the Blackhawk County Sheriff's Department if you have any information about his location.
