iWireless Center prepares for rodeo with tons of dirt

MOLINE, Ill. - Tons of dirt are being unloaded onto the floor of Moline's iWireless Center in preparation for the Cinch World's Toughest Rodeo.

iWireless Operations Director Kevin Snodgrass says workers had to prepare the arena's ice before the dirt came in.

"We have plastic, we have two layers of insulation protecting the ice. We actually raised the ice system temperature a little bit because the ice is so insulated when the dirt is down so we don't want it to be brittle when we take the coverings off and the dirt off," Snodgrass said.
