Iowa Abortion Bill, Rock Falls extradition, The Bend groundbreaking

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - Stories we're following at Local 4 News:


Governor Terry Branstad is expected to sign a bill that would restrict abortions after 2- weeks in the state of Iowa. Amanda Krenz reports.  


It could take several weeks to extradite a South Carolina man to Illinois to face charges with last weekend's shooting inside a Rock Falls bar. Krista Burris reports.  


A multi-million dollar hotel and apartment project, known as The Bend, will break ground this afternoon in East Moline. Briana Collier reports.  


Monsignor Thomas Zinkula will be the ninth bishop for the Davenport diocese - replacing the retiring bishop, Martin Amos. Carie Kuehn reports.
