ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - A 19-year-old was arrested Monday morning after deputies say he broke into the Rock Island County Courthouse.
Around 7 o'clock deputies noticed damage to a window and the security office on the first floor.
Flavio Barona Jr., of Moline, was found inside the office, which had what the sheriff calls "considerable" damage.
Barona is charged with burglary and criminal damage to state supported property.
