A Davenport man will spend 14 months in prison for escaping from custody. A  judge also ordered 35-year-old Vincent Salvitory Brocato three years of supervised release after that. He also  has to pay 100 dollars into the crime victims' fund.
The ruling comes after Brocato violated the terms of his release. He was then transferred to the Davenport residential re-entry center to serve the remainder of his time for conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine. He left the center in April and didn't return. Davenport police found him a few days later.
