Easy exercises to stay fit at home

EAST MOLINE, Ill. - Sherri Kotula with Quad Cities Jazzercise showed the Local 4 News This Morning team some easy exercises you can do at home.

Since May is National Fitness Month we are encouraging people of all shapes and sizes to find something fun to do and get moving!  

 

At Jazzercise we have so many different levels that a client can do that it is for everyone.  Group fitness classes are very motivating and energizing because everyone feeds off each other.  

 

Many people will get outside and do some activities but most don't incorporate strength training.  Strength exercises are just as important as cardio exercise.  

 

The whole month of May is free at both of our Premier Centers.  Come as often as you'd like.  Of course the Girl Force Girls are free all year!

 

Quad Cities Jazzercise has locations in East Moline and Bettendorf.
