Moline Fire and Chicago Fire to face off in benefit hockey game

Firefighters drop the hoses to hit the puck for a good cause

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - A cross-city hockey matchup for a good cause.

On Saturday, the QC Fire Hockey Team is facing off with Chicago Fire for a benefit game. The matchup has raised nearly $27,000 dollars for various causes over the past eight years. 

Chris Elliott Is the captain of the Quad City Fire Hockey Team and a lieutenant with the Moline Fire Department.

He discusses this year's goal to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis.

The benefit game squares off at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the IWireless Center in Moline. 

Tickets are $15 dollars and will also get you into the Mallards game at 7 p.m. that night.
