+ Illinois' new budget requires passing a new funding formula before money can be sent to school districts. East Moline's superintendent held a town hall meeting last night to go over SB1 - currently sitting on the governor's desk. Mayra Cordova reports.  

 

+ Davenport city council has approved a nearly $4-million project to finish a section of West 76th Street on the city's north side, but it won't happen without DOT approval. Right now, it extends from North Brady Street to North Division Street. It picks up again after some farmland and connects to Northwest Boulevard.

 

+ Marion County, Iowa, has to pay thousands in a sexting case after dropping charges against 14-year-old girl. Details.
