Community Services Director Stacey Teager tells us he came from another shelter.
Max is being treated for heartworm disease. It can be fatal if left untreated, but it can be prevented inexpensively.
Max is selective around other dogs, but love cats and kids.
In addition to afternoon wellness clinics, QCAWC will hold an evening clinic on May 16, from 4:30-6:30 pm, and again in August and September.
