Police have arrested and charged two men with making meth in a rolling lab.
On Friday members of the Davenport Police Department's Tactical Operations Bureau were conducting an investigation into meth manufacturing when they found two men in a vehicle in the parking lot of the Isle of Capri casino.
Officers searched the vehicle and say they found a one pot meth lab, and the materials needed to make the drug.
Christopher Hicks and Collin Loader, both of Davenport, are charged with conspiracy and manufacturing meth. They are both currently in the Scott County Jail.
