Residents have a chance to weigh in on the future of Davenport's J.B. Young Elementary School.
Earlier this week, the board decided to move forward with possibly closing the school.
Now the school district is inviting the public to to express opinions, give feedback, and have a conversation about the resolution.
There will be two public forums held at the J.B. Young cafeteria.
Thursday, Sept. 24th at 6 p.m. and Thurs. Sept. 29th at 3 p.m.
The school board will be holding a public hearing at the Learning Achievement Center Oct. 12th at 5 p.m. before the school board meeting.
