Second teen charged in deadly shooting

DAVENPORT, Iowa - A second teenager has been arrested and charged in connection with a deadly Davenport shooting.

The incident happened shortly before noon on Friday May 12.  Seventeen year old Akeim Hill was in a car when police say he was shot twice during a fight and robbery.

First responders found Hill in a car at the intersection of Kirkwood and Bridge soon after.  He was transported to a local hospital where he later died.

On Saturday officers arrested 17-year-old James Bailey Jr.  On Monday police announced the arrest of 16-year-old Joseph Howard-Rogers.

Bailey and Howard-Rogers are both in the Scott County Jail charged with first degree murder and robbery.
