If you've seen or shared a video circulating on social media that supposedly shows the Moline Police Department using force during an arrest, you've been duped. It's from Muncie, Indiana.
Due to the attention the video has received, the Moline Police Department put out a statement clarifying that "the incident did not occur in Moline."
A quick search online confirms that the video was from an incident in Muncie earlier this month. As the saying goes, "Be aware before you share."

"There is a video circulating on social media that is being portrayed as occurring in Moline in which officers utilized force to affect the arrest of an individual. The incident did not occur in Moline, it occurred in Muncie, Indiana. We have no facts surrounding the incident and refer any questions regarding the incident to Muncie Police Department or one of the several Muncie, Indiana media outlets who have covered the incident since it occurred."
