Davenport City Council has passed the controversial Saint Ambrose stadium plan.
In its third and final vote, Council voted 6-4 in favor of rezoning to allow for the proposed 2,500 seat football stadium to be built next to Assumption High School.

Many neighbors against the project have flocked to meetings to speak out against it, saying the stadium will bring too much traffic and noise to the quiet neighborhood.

Full details tonight on CBS4 News at 10:00.
