The Iowa Quad Cities Rotary Club
is helping to Build A Miracle and we need your help!

Back in 1989, the Iowa Quad Cities Rotary Club was instrumental in establishing Challenger Little League, a program that allows boys and girls with physical, mental, or developmental challenges to play and enjoy the game of baseball like every other child. Our club continues to support the league with funding and volunteer hours. The league has enjoyed great success but...

traditional baseball fields are simply not built for wheel-chairs and walkers and present some very real dangers for these players.

Enter Miracle Field, an ambitious undertaking led by the Davenport Parks and Recreation to create a baseball field specifically designed to, no be only physically accessible, but also safe for people with disabilities. The Project will entail building a special field with rubberized surfacing and special dugouts, and making other modifications to the rules of the game so players of all abilities can experience the delight of playing the sport and being part of a team.

Help us spread the word about the Rotary for Kids BBQ which will help benefit bringing
Miracle Field to the Quad Cities!

Please use the #QCMiracleField and Bit.ly/QCMiracle in every post. This way everyone can fine more information about the BBQ and register for the event.
