AS OF 230 AM...THE LEADING EDGE OF THE BAND OF SNOW WAS CURRENTLY ALONG A LINE FROM NORTHWEST DUBUQUE COUNTY...TO CEDAR RAPIDS...TO NORTHWEST KEOKUK COUNTY. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OVER THE NEXT 2 OR 3 HOURS SHOULD REMAIN AT A HALF INCH OR LESS FOR MOST AREAS. STRONG WEST TO NORTHWEST WINDS WILL ACCOMPANY THE SNOW...GUSTING TO 40 MPH.
