THE COMBINATION OF STRONG WIND AND FALLING SNOW WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE BLOWING AND DRIFTING SNOW. * WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTHWEST WINDS 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.
