Diana Reyes Rodriguez

Diana Reyes Rodriguez is proud to call the Quad Cities her home! Diana is our weekend meteorologist. After graduating from United Township High School in 2019, she attended Black Hawk College, where she received an associate of science in 2021. Diana continued her meteorology education at Northern Illinois University, where she graduated in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology and a minor in Spanish. While still in college, during the summer leading into her senior year, she interned at Local 4 News and then worked as the weekend meteorologist.

Diana is also a first-generation college graduate and bilingual. She looks forward to keeping the Spanish-speaking community safe during severe weather in the area.

Diana to this day cannot believe she is a meteorologist. When she was young, she was always terrified of severe weather but now enjoys talking about tornadoes and loves storm chasing.

Diana also enjoys being outdoors, working out, watching soccer – always cheering for Mexico National Soccer Team, running along the Mississippi River, shopping and spending time with her family and friends.
