Sharon Wren is a veteran journalist and author who has covered topics as wide-ranging as backyard chickens and local foods to green living and crime scene remediation. She is the mother of two grown sons whom she kept alive through many years of dirt bike racing. In her spare time, she enjoys reading biographies, gardening and cooking.
