UPDATE: Saidayah Lynn Kirk is in custody. She was apprehended near Genesis East in Davenport today without incident, police told Local 4 News.
The Moline Police Department said she was located and arrested by the Davenport Police Department and is being processed. Kirk will be transported to the Scott County Juvenile Detention Center shortly.

An arrest warrant for aggravated battery with a firearm has been issued for a 16-year-old Davenport resident.
Saidayah Lynn Kirk’s bond has been set at $1 million.
On Sunday, Moline Police and Fire responded to the 2300 block 31st Street A in reference to a man with a gunshot wound.
Moline Police located an 18-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Moline Fire transported him to Genesis-Illini Campus where he underwent surgery and is expected to make a full recovery.
As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant for aggravated battery with a firearm has been issued for Kirk.
Moline Police are requesting assistance in locating Kirk, who is considered armed and dangerous.

Police say a 16-year-old girl shot her 18-year-old boyfriend in the stomach.

Moline Police were called to the 2300 block of 31st Street A in Moline around 9 p.m. Sunday evening for a shooting.
That’s where they located a male victim on scene suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital by the Moline Fire Department.
Police now say they are looking for a female juvenile in relation to the incident. Police believe this stemmed from a domestic type of incident, and say there is no further threat to the public.
As of Monday morning, police say the male victim is out of surgery and is expected to make a full recovery.
