Hundreds of people attended the 3rd annual Micro Brew Mile and 6K.
The races were held in downtown Moline.
Organizers say this race is one of a kind in the Quad Cities and the Midwest.
The event attracts beer lovers and runners, alike.
“It’s just a fun event, a unique event. With the mile, we’ve all ran a mile at some time in our life. Some of us love it, some of us hate it but for those who hated it, we add the beer factor to it afterwards,” said Joshua Sherrod, race organizer and director.
Sherrod says the event gets bigger every year.
