A Morrison man was arrested on child pornography charges.
On September 28, the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office arrested Keith Foley, 19, on charges of possession of child pornography charges. The charges are a Class 2 felony.
Foley was taken to Whiteside County Jail and released under pre-trial release.
