Car crashes into tree near Rock Island brewery

Crews responding to the 2500 block of 5th Avenue, near WAKE Brewing in Rock Island, after a car crashed into a tree late Tuesday evening. (Ryan Risky, OurQuadCities.com)

Local 4 News was the only station on the scene of a vehicle crash involving a tree that happened late Tuesday evening in Rock Island.

Just after 11 p.m., crews responded to the 2500 block of 5th Avenue, near WAKE Brewing.

There is no word yet on the condition of the driver.
