The clock tower on top of Davenport City Hall will soon be getting a face lift.
City council approved almost $50,000 for a project to fix it.
The clock has been broken for at least ten years and the hands are frozen in time.
City Hall and the tower were built in 1893.
The firm that will fix the clock also restored the clock tower on Arsenal Island.
