The Memorial Day weekend may be the unofficial start to summer, but one sure sign of the season is the Kwik Star Criterium as it returns to the Village of East Davenport. John Harrington from the Quad Cities Bicycle Club wheeled into Local 4 to tell us all about all the racing and fun.
