The Mississippi River is still on the rise and River Drive in Davenport will be fully closed east to west by the end of the day, Wednesday, April 26, Davenport Police said today.
That will be from Highway 22/Rockingham Road all the way to Bettendorf. Second, 3rd and 4th Streets will remain open to River Drive, then closed at River Drive, police said.
