The Safer Foundation helps individuals starting over with the tools, training and support needed to succeed, along with job readiness training, placement, educational programming and advocacy. April is National Second Chance Month, and Erica Lee from the Safer Foundation spoke with Local 4 about some big fundraising events this month as they help build a stronger community.
