October is breast cancer awareness month, and to help raise awareness and funds, members of the Rock Island Police Department are wearing special pink badges this month, partnering with Gilda’s Club for the cause. Rock Island Deputy Chief of Police Tim McCloud spoke with Local 4 to tell us more.
