Survey shows mental health effects of the pandemic

On Thursday the Quad Cities COVID-19 Coalition discussed the mental health effects of the coronavirus.

A survey by Johns Hopkins University shows more people say they are suffering from mental health problems. The most effected are adults from the ages of 18-29.

Things you can do to help improve your mental health are things like exercising and having family dinners. It’s also important to be on the lookout for signs that you might need more help.
