The Greater Quad Cities Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is hosting Kendra Dodd from MRA as the part of their 2019-2020 Multicultural Speaker Series.
She stopped by Local 4 News before the event which is on Feb. 21st, Friday, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. at Western Illinois University.
