UPDATE: The agreement was approved.
EARLIER UPDATE: United Township’s school board is scheduled to vote on renewing the deal for the school’s resource officer.
The officer comes from the East Moline Police Department. The new agreement would remain in place until either organization decides to terminate it with proper notice.
