It’s been more than a year since Davenport city leaders approved converting some one-way streets in Downtown Davenport to two-way streets.
The Davenport City Council is now looking at the progress for Third and Fourth Streets. Local 4’s Jackson Rozinsky took us inside that meeting to see what kind of progress is happening.
