Widespread COVID-19 testing still not possible in QC

Illinois Governor JB Pritzker said he wants the state to conduct 10,000 tests per day for the COVID-19 novel coronavirus. So how many are being done in the Quad Cities?

In a joint news conference with Scott County and Rock Island County officials, Local 4 News reporter Josh Vinson asked how many tests are being done in a day here and if widespread community testing is truly available.
