The man accused in the daytime shooting of a man in East Moline, an incident that triggered an armed stand-off with police was in court this morning.
Bond was kept at $5 million dollars for Willie Minor, who faces first degree murder charges for the shooting death of 52-year old Jon Keener of Muscatine.
Keener's body was found outside of the vehicle he had been driving with a gunshot wound to the head.
Minor and several other individuals were later found inside a home several blocks away from the shooting.
All surrendered after a four-and-a-half hour stand-off that led several neighboring schools and businesses to be locked down.
Minor is due back in court March 6 for a preliminary hearing.
