QC Crime Stoppers offer $1,000 reward for suspects

News

Davenport police and the Quad Cities Crime Stoppers want your help finding three suspects.

Devario Talley is wanted for shooting his brother in the leg.

The 28-year-old is considered armed and dangerous.

Police are looking for 24-year-old Arthur Lobley for failure to report back to the work release center in
January.

Lobley is convicted of two counts of robbery and is also considered armed and dangerous.

Tre Henderson is wanted as a suspect in the death of a five year old child back in April.

Police say the 26-year-old was watching the child when the child suffered a head injury.

Investigators say they found the child choking and unresponsive five days later.

The child died in the hospital a few days after that.

Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities says there’s a $1,000 reward for whoever turns in Lobley or Henderson.

Jon Leach, Crime Stoppers coordinator, says that level of a reward is rare.

“This is the first time other than Trudy Appleby. We were offering a $10,000 reward for information, so we combined with the family for that reward. Right now the most we can give is a $1,000 for tax purposes, but  we’re looking to raise that sometime in the near future,” says Leach.

Leach says never approach a suspect if you see them.

The first thing to do is call 911 to alert police, then submit a tip through Crime Stoppers.
