If your reading skills could use a little practice the Davenport Public Library has you covered.

They’re holding a program called Read to a Dog next Monday. Here to tell us more about it is Youth Services and Programming Supervisor Lexie Reiling. The dogs come from QC CAN, the Quad Cities Canine Assistance Network.  They are trained therapy dogs who work in schools and with people all over the community. Read to a Dog takesplace at the Davenport Public Library’s Eastern Avenue Branch. It’s Monday, June 12th starting at 5 p.m. If you can’t make it then, The library will host it again July 10th at the same time and location.
