As spring warms the region, the threat of flooding has reached the banks of the Quad Cities.

The Mississippi River is set to crest Tuesday at around 17.8 feet.

That will take water into a large part of LeClaire Park, but not into the top 10 floods of all-time.

The record is 22.63 feet in 1993.
