Third person charged in Davenport shooting death during robbery

Dmarithe Culbreath

A third person has been charged in the shooting death of a man at his Davenport home.

Dmarithe Culbreath, 21, is charged with conspiracy, robbery and first-degree murder. He’s already serving prison time on an unrelated charge.

He’s accused in the shooting death of Brady Tumlinson, 20, during a September robbery. A woman there also was injured.

Police say Culbreath and four others conspired and committed a robbery and shot both residents. Tumlinson died as a result of several gunshot wounds. A woman was hospitalized, also due to several gunshot wounds, and is still recovering. Cell phone tower information places the defendant and
the other accomplices in the area at the time of the robbery.

One of them, Nakita Wiseman Jr., has pleaded guilty to burglary and robbery and has agreed to testify against the others. Another of them, Tristin Antonio Joseph Alderman, is awaiting trial.

The two others have not been named.
