Toys R Us will officially leave the Quad Cities on Saturday, June 30, in both Moline and Davenport, as the chain continues to wind down operations at hundreds of its U.S. stores.
Employees say the toy store will keep getting new toys and merchandise until the last day of of June, but the selection is random.
They don’t know what they’ll get until the truck comes.
As the toy company moves through the liquidation process, you can expect to see the markdowns continue to get bigger.
Local 4’s James Sears spoke with shoppers who are taking advantage of these final sales.
