Caitlyn Timmer, 30, is 5-foot-4 and 114 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Timmer is wanted by the Rock Island Police Department for battery and theft.
Alexander Lucas-McCart, 27, is 6-foot and 195 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Lucas-McCart is wanted by the Rock Island Police Department for possession of a controlled substance and cannabis with intent to deliver.
