New tech allows police to better track local sex offenders

Shattered Innocence

The Scott County Sheriff’s Department has a new tool in tracking sex offenders, which comes at a good time. That’s giving Sheriff Lane and his deputies more work to do.

Local 4 News Director Mike Mickle has an exclusive look at the technology.
