After starting the month of September with cool temperatures, we ended up with unseasonable temperatures. Today we had a temperature high of 90° – just shy of our previous record of 92° that was set back in 1952.
Although we had a week with active weather, the drought for the Quad Cities and entire viewing area continues. The amount of rainfall this month was 5.01” which was more than the past couple of months.
